Michelle Brent Talks Muscles and Magic Morsels AUDIO FILE (12/17/09) Michelle Brent saw Cory Everson in 1985 was impressed and the next year got on stage as a lightweight bodybuilder and by 1989 took third at USAs and that was with having her son in the meantime. Expect to see Michelle on stage in 2010 posing in a silver suit celebrating her twenty-fifth year on stage. Beni earned her pro status in 2007 with a Lightweight win at NPC Nationals. As a pro she competed in the 2008 Europa taking 6th Place LW and in the 2009 Atlantic City takng 6th Place in that open show. Beni has a twenty-five yr old daughter, and 16 & 14yr old boys. IFBB North American 1st Place Middleweight Champion Amy Sibcy joins Tracy on the Tracy Mason show to share her story including the lead up to her win, her history and plans for the future. Although Sibcy has been competing only a few years grew up in the gym and met had her first date with her husband at a bodybuilding competition. Her daughters join her at the shows and look up to their muscled mom. Look for more great things to come from Amy and a pro card in 2010 according to the host Tracy Mason!

Tracy Mason Show 8/27/09 ~ With Claire R O'Connell~
The Santa Cruz bodybuilding Show was Claire R O'Connell's first competition at fifteen and a half years old. The gymnastics program at her high school lost funding, which was the impetus for Claire beginning in bodybuilding and with the help of her male friends at the gym she worked at she got well grounded in the sport. Over the next five years she competed in about 25 shows. Claire was hit by a car in her early twenties that resulted in her losing her competitive bug. She also suffered from an eating order for a number of years that nearly cost her life. After fifteen years O'Connell returned to the stage. In 2008 O'Connell took 2nd at the USA and took 5th at Nationals even with a bicep that tore during her 45 second routing during prejudging. In Dec 08 she had surgery to repair the bicep and then three months later she had the other repaired as they found it was close to a rupture

Tracy is joined by Dr. Margaret Negrete, an anesthesiologist whose competitive career in figure and now bodybuilding is as stunning as she surely is doing her hospital rounds. Negrete and her husband Scott Stein will be competing at the Aug 28-29th IFBB North Americans. Negrete always loved maintaining her muscle mass and carried really too much for figure. Even though she loved competing in figure she finally made the switch and is very happy with her decision.
